Outdoor activities – exercise in and with nature

Outdoor exercise combines physical activity with a conscious experience of nature. Our outdoor activities are designed to make you aware of your own body, consciously control your breathing and use the environment as a natural training space.

Whether running, Nordic walking or mindful movements, the focus is on adapting the exercise to your own needs and promoting strength, endurance and body awareness. The training is based on the conditions of nature – be it on forest paths, in parks or along bodies of water.

Targeted exercises for mobilization, strengthening and relaxation create a holistic movement experience. We combine sporting activity with mindfulness to balance both the body and the mind.
