Swimming activities – water as a space for movement
Swimming is one of the healthiest sports of all. It is easy on the joints, exercises the whole body and gives a feeling of freedom. For our members, we offer individual training sessions in the water that are tailored to different needs and experience levels. Whether you want to improve your technique, swim more efficiently or feel more confident in the water, our training is flexible and adaptable.
Special emphasis is placed on open water swimming, both as part of targeted training and in preparation for and participation in open water swimming competitions.
Members also have the opportunity to take advantage of 1:1 training sessions. An individual session costs EUR 90 and is tailored to your personal goals and abilities.
