As a qualified yoga teacher and Pilates instructor, she has led courses for many years and helped people to promote their health and well-being through targeted forms of exercise. Her training includes yoga therapy training with Dr. Peter Poeckh and a qualification as a Pilates Professional Coach.

In addition to her work as a trainer, Stephanie also works as an adult educator, passing on her knowledge of body, movement and mental health. Her approach is holistic – she sees exercise not just as physical training, but as a key to a better quality of life and balance.
