Sport is a central component of the Tredu Club concept. Exercise not only promotes physical health, but also strengthens mental well-being, reduces stress and creates a sense of community. Our aim is to create sustainable and inclusive sports programs that are accessible to all members – regardless of age, background or fitness level.
Sport as a sustainable way of life
Exercise is not only a question of fitness, but also an important part of a sustainable lifestyle. Sport in harmony with nature, conscious movement and the promotion of community through joint activities are values that we actively live by at the Tredu Club.
Swimming activities – water as a space for movement
Swimming is one of the healthiest sports of all. It is easy on the joints, exercises the whole body and gives a feeling of freedom. There are special swimming offers for our members that are tailored to different needs – from swimming courses for beginners to targeted training sessions for advanced swimmers.
Yoga – relaxation and inner balance
We already offer regular yoga classes. These not only help to strengthen the body and make it more flexible, but also support mental balance. Yoga is a wonderful way to practise mindfulness, reduce everyday stress and recharge your batteries.
Yoga and swimming are just the beginning
Our range of sports is constantly growing! Yoga and swimming are the first building blocks of a varied program that we will continue to expand in the future. Additional exercise options are planned – from outdoor activities and team sports to special courses for different age and interest groups. Our aim is to create a broad, holistic sports program that is fun, keeps you healthy and contributes to your personal development.
